1. Purchased items will be dispatched within 3 working day. Items will be shipped via Royal Mail or other courier and securely packaged. Customers should notify The Woolstead of any items not received upon 21 days after ordering.

2 Any damage to purchases must be notified within 3 days of receiving them.

3 Payment is taken through Wix website processing or through Paypal, only names and addresses are received by The Woolstead.
